CS1.02 The Safety of Chiropractic Care

This class will cover what we know about the safety of chiropractic care. We will cover some important aspects of the safety of chiropractic care and what potential patients should know. We will go through chiropractic care for babies and children and what the research tells us about the safety of this. This class will allow you to effectively communicate to practice members the safety of chiropractic care.
